WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding major holidays). Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number. AethStudio is not responsible for any delays caused by carrier restrictions.
Shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: £10 flat rate, delivery within 5-8 business days. Free standard shipping on orders of £80 or more.
ARE CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED AT CHECKOUT?
Customs duties and taxes are calculated based on the ordered items, the place of production, your shipping destination, and the purchase value. If not included in the product price, they will be displayed as separate line items at checkout. Some countries/regions may require payment of customs duties and taxes upon delivery, and these charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We accept returns, exchanges, or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. For return requests, please email us, and we will provide a customized solution based on your location.
Returned or exchanged items must be in brand-new condition, with the original tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are worn or without tags. Rejected returns will not be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please do not send returns without having processed a return request, as we will be unable to accept them.
Note: Unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
WHEN WILL I SEE MY REFUND ON MY STATEMENT?
Once your return package is confirmed to have arrived at our designated return address, we will process your refund. Refunds may take up to 15 days to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank’s procedures. Exchanges and store credits will be issued once we confirm that your return is en route to our returns center.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot edit or cancel orders once they have been shipped. If your order has already shipped, we will follow the standard exchange/return process. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses, or items lost or damaged during shipping.
Please be sure to carefully review your order before placing it. If your address is incorrect, delivery attempts fail, and/or your package is returned to sender (RTS), we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
Oh no! If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
Once your order has been shipped to the correct delivery address, AethStudio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
